The systems we install meet standards requirements of category 5, 5e, 6 (and higher on demand) and for RJ45.
Structural cabling enables work of the following devices Ethernet, Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s), IBM Token Ring, TP_PMD, ATM, RS232, analogue and digital telephony, ISDN services and others e.g. video applications or automatic devices.
Monitoring
We are also experienced in the range of installation and implementation of monitoring systems and CCTV. These systems are based on modern devices with network protocols (IP) used for the sake of image transfer and recording. Usage of such technologies enables installation costs decrease (common design of network cabling infrastructure) and functionality extension ate the same time.
The systems enable realisation of functions unavailable for traditional “analogue” devices – for example:
• Permanent record of images with high quality
• Easy to find – view recorded images
• Record on permanent and non-degradable carriers (hard discs) and resulting from that disposal of used up carriers (cassettes)
• Easy system scalability (easy extension)

Fire alarms system
Fire alarm system offered by West-Tech Sp. z o.o. is designed to detect unwanted fire quickly and precisely thanks to proper detectors: optical, ionization, temperature and multi-sensor, connected with a microprocessor control panel.
This gives a possibility to adjust protection method to the type of materials we want to protect in a monitored facility. Detectors we use adjust automatically to environmental conditions (pollution compensation – constant sensitivity rule). Algorithmic analysis of fire signals in a detector allows to reduce significantly number of false alarms.
Microprocessor control panel are characterised by high reliability and electromagnetic interferences resistance, what practically eliminates false alarms.
A very important system advantage is a loop installation structure. This means that sensors are connected with a control panel in such a way that any interruption in a monitor loop does not restrict functionality of elements operating in a loop. This system can cooperate with other alarm installations.Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus.To protect facilities with advanced security requirements and devices of special value we offer VESDA system (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus).
System sucks air from monitored area and analyses it quickly and precisely thus enables fire detection in its earliest stage, even if smoke is not yet visible for eye.
VESDA consists of a network of pipes (major and capillary) and a detector with laser head with sensitivity range from 0,005%/m up to 20%/m (conventional spot sensors are sensitive at average 5%/m).The system is also certified by well known foreign associations: VdS, LPCB, Factory Mutual, Underwriters Laboratories and others.
The additional advantage is a positive evaluation given by insurance companies (TUiR WARTA, ZURICH), which recommend system installation particularly for fire protection of big server rooms, archives, telecommunication control panels, control rooms, cable tunnels, bulk/loose materials containers, warehouses with high fire danger and other facilities of particular importance for crucial processes continuity.
Anti-burglary system
Anti-burglary system offered by West-Tech SP. z o.o. protects a facility against burglary.
Properly placed sensors, after any unauthorised action is detected, immediately send an alarm system to the control panel.
Modular extension of installation and its configuration is possible (system can be installed in stages by extending with proper modules).
System enables diversification of protected area. Free arming and disarming of chosen areas ensures maximal control of chosen protected areas and allows to access easily unarmed areas.
The basic elements of these systems are microprocessor control panels which supervise work of end elements such as different types of magnetic sensors, RF, vibration. Control panels receive signals from the sensors, analyse them and send information in a form of audio signals or any other alarm signals. Additionally, control panels enable automatic control of any power receivers.
At the highest level of the system there are operator stations equipped with proper software for system work visualisation. A very important element is that the system can cooperate with alarm monitoring stations which enables quick reaction of intervention groups and decrease of looses.
Systems offered by our company allow to interface with access control systems, CCTV, and may be a part of integrated facility security system.
Access control systems
System ensures efficient access control to a given facility or a room via identifiers : proximity (via a signal sent from a reader, a code written in identifiers microprocessor is read) or touch cards.
Via access control system major facility areas are protected. Any people movement and restricted areas trespassing is efficiently controlled. It is also possible to record employees work time.

Audio alarm systems
System integrated with fire systems. Audio Alarm System means a system where speakers are installed instead of bells and hooters. Via speakers audible, comprehensive and clear information about danger and evacuation is announced.
Audio Alarm System is compatible with MSWiA decree dated on z 16th June 2003 and which is valid in Poland. Chapter 6, § 25.1 , which defines which facilities should use this system and that "Implementation of audio alarm system, enabling sending of alarm signals and audio messages for the sake of security of the people present in the building, broadcasted automatically after receiving a signal from fire alarm system and also by an operator is required in:
1. commercial and exhibition buildings:
• one-level with the area >10 000 m2
• multi-level with the area > 8 000 m2
2. concert halls and gym rooms with more than 1500 seats
3. cinemas and theatres with more than 600 seats
4. hospitals and sanatoriums with number of beds > 200 in a building
5. high public facilities
6. blocks of flats
7. metro stations
8. train stations and ports for more than 500 people
Conference systems
West-Tech Sp. z o.o. offers complete equipment of conference, training and audio rooms with modern conference systems and also with exposure systems (fixed or mobile) adjusted to room size, its architecture and users needs.
Sound systems enable:
• strengthening of speaker voice ensuring its proper audibility throughout the room,
• phonic signal play during visual presentations,
• speech and music play,
• sound record.
Multi-zone phonic systems for train stations, airports, hotels and office buildings are a separated group. They are used to expose a given facility and they enable broadcast of alarm and evacuation messages and also information for the staff of particular area. |
