Software for RETAIL
SOLARSYSTEM in an integrated IT system.
It consists of :
- POS System - SolarPOS
- warehouse system - SolarSklep
The application was written for stores, supermarkets and other forms of retail. This system is a multiplatform application which means it works with every operating system however the system must enable WWW browser installation.
System enables cashiers settlement, including takings count, cash drawer operation, pay in and pay out operation.
In SOLARSYSTEM it is possible to sell prepaid services and pay the bills. In products management process it is possible to: add, delete, edit, create reports and balance sheets concerning products and their changes, data import and export.

- hardware requirements can be limited easily,

- possible work in other environments (e.g. Windows).
• JavaPOS usage:
-driver standard approved and supported by big and meaningful producers .
• All printouts from back-office system are in PDF format:
- easy electronic file exchange.

Point of Sale – POS provides the following functions:
• sales
• payment control
• cashiers settlement
• allows flexible functionality extension that can be changed even during work
• other functions required by system user
Back-office provides the following functions:
Goods orders
• store may place orders according to supplier’s schedule,
• system suggests order taking into consideration the following: Sales pace, minimal and optimal stock presented in days. User can change quantities of ordered items
• order can be exported to electronic form,
• completion extent of every item is saved in order document as well as whole order completion percent.
Goods collection
• possibility to create collection on the basis of order sent earlier,
• in case of differences between Real delivery status and documents , Difference Protocol is created in the system (can be exported to the Central system),
• possibility to create new labels in case items retail price changes,
• system enables to stop new retail price sending to POS until previous Stock is sold out.
Items giving
- Giving items to a different store so called WZS:
• it is possible to create quickly a document on chosen indexes where the system fills in given quantities (with current status of indicated index)
• approved WZS can be exported in electronic form and then imported on a different store
- Documents issuing depending on company needs e.g.: VAT invoice to PZ, VAT invoice, credit note for VAT invoice, deposit packages receiving, Automatic Price Reduction Report, - price reduction report, item movement, liquidation report, internal expenditure
- Labels printing is possible
