System MTAX

MTAX is an integrated solution for enterprise, available via WWW 24h. Particular modules of the system  provide the following functions: account and finance; goods turnover, production management, HR, durable property registration. All modules are integrated with each other thus possible problems, costs and time needed for information access can be reduced.

Program is actually designed for every company obligated to keep financial reporting, independently of type of records. So the System can be used by both,  big and small companies and also by account offices. System does not require high investments for IT infrastructure.

System MTAX includes the following modules which can be chosen by customers:

MTAX Finances and Accountancy

This module allows to keep accountancy journal according to  the Accounting Act and the regulations resulting from European integration. System enables to keep the books.

The module offers the following functionalities:

1. Possibility to define and extend chart of accounts in any way and any time. It is possible to create multi-level  chart of accounts.

2. Document entered in the system is automatically registered  in entry registers, VAT registers, accounts, balance sheets, declarations and reports. While documents input, it is possible to use clients’ or taxpayers’ file, chart of accounts, entry patterns, economic events descriptions.

3. Directories database allows the user to enter and define additional data which make the work with a program  faster and more automatic.

4. Accounts integrated with documents input module allow to control settled and unsettled accounts operations easily and clearly.

5. System enables access to all key balance sheets required by law, i.e.: entry register, balance, profit and loss account, employee files and others.

6. Possible to keep multi-currency accounts with automatic currency rate differences calculation.

1. Item files keeping with a possibility to divide into assortment group, items, materials and any defined categories.

MTAX Durable Property

System enables to keep register of fixed assets, non-material and law values and also register of equipment in accordance with regulations in force with both declining -balance and straight-line method, as well as a single action. Depreciation plan of fixed assets and depreciation deductions entering in the books are done automatically. At any moment it is possible to see history of changes of its value according to depreciation deductions.
